WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Warranty

RodopiCamper.com provides  2 years warranty againts workmanship and defects in material from the date of purchase  for all products sold in our online store.  This warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in the original product and starts from the date of acceptance of delivery by the recipient.


Normal wear or tear, damage caused by improper use, improper cleaning, improper storage, accidental damage, commercial use, severe weather events, alterations, animals, insects and damages caused by natural disasters are not covered by warranty.

 

Return Policy

According to Consumer Protection Act  (Pursuant to Art. 55, para. 1 of the CPA) the buyer who has the status of Consumer has right to cancel the purchase and return the goods within 14 days of acceptance of delivery  without compensation or penalty to withdraw.

 

Change of Mind Return                                  

If you decide to exchange or return the purchased item  within 14 days after acceptance of delivery,  you have to inform us about intention of returning of the item by sending an email to sales@rodopicamper.com.


The item must be in the original unopened packaging, unused, undamaged and in the condition that given to the recipient by the courier company. Any opened or damage package will not be accepted to be returned. If you are returning the item for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the item. Return delivery costs are at the customer’s expense. RodopiCamper will not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit on Change of Mind Return. To avoid lost and damaged package on transport, please ship the item with a courier company that provides insurance.

 

Return Procedure


1. Contact RodopiCamper for return process

2. Provide proof of purchase with order number or purchase number, receipt, shipping invoice and reason of return with writing a short description

3. Ship the item with a courier company that can provide a tracking code and insurance

4. Item condition is checked as soon as it arrives our warehouse

5. When item is in saleable condition, a refund  or credit will be processed.

 

Damage Return

If the product is found damaged at the time of delivery with courier company, please ensure to report the damage signed by recipient and courier company and do not accept the item.


If the item is found damaged within 14 days of delivery  under warranty againts workmanship or defect on parts, RodopiCamper must be informed with damage details, a description of the problem and some photo of issue. Depending on the type and damage, RodopiCamper may decide to send the customer spare parts or the customer will be given  a choice of either a replacement or a discount on the damaged item.


If the customer decides to return the item, it will be inspected by Rodopicamper or the manufacturer as either  a minor of major fault as soon as it receives. In case of minor fault the item will be repaired or replaced and for a major fault the item will be either replaced or refunded. If the item is not found to be faulty upon inspection, the shipping fees to return the item to the customer is at the customer’s expense.

 

Lost in Transit

When the item can not be tracked  by the courier company for a continous week (7days) in transit , it will be accepted as lost and identified  as missing by RodopiCamper. If the item deemed as lost in transit, RodopiCamper will organise for a replacement  to be shipped or a refund to be processed. If the item is found, it will return to sender.

 

Return Shipping Cost

All costs for change of mind returns are at the customer’s expense.

RodopiCamper will take the delivery responsibility if the item supplied is not what customer ordered or damage on the item occured on transport process.

Refund Processsing

Refunds are processed in 3 business days of approved. Refunds will be sent back via original payment method or bank transfer. For bank transfer refund, the customer has to provide bank information.


Refunds may take approximately 5-10 business days depending on customer financial institution.
