RodopiCamper.com is aiming to on time delivery service to shipping address or any other address is written on order process in the best way.

Delivery  in Bulgaria

All orders will be delivered via selected courier company on to shipping address specified by you  or nearest office of the courier company in your city.

Please note:  The selected courier company deliveries goods from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5 pm. The courier will require your sign or authorised person sign at the time of delivery. If no one is avaible to sign on the address, a card will be left and package will be carrried to nearest courier office. It will be your responsibility to collect your order from the courier office and it will normally incur an additional charge  at your expense.

Not to have any delay or re-delivery problem, please provide us right delivery address whether its home, work or other addess during business hours.

Delivery Cost

One of our priority is  the satisfaction of our customers. For this reason, all deliveries in Bulgaria are free of charge over 49,00 Lv purchase.

Delivery Time

Products as Roof Top Tents will be delivered to you within 4 or 5 weeks of your order. Camping Equipments will be delivered within 2 business days.

Please note: Bad weather conditions, Customs delays, supplier problems or other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.  If we are not able to provide your order within the agreed time limit due to reasons out of our control,we will inform and provide you  with the option to either wait giving you or refund your money.

Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will inform you about courier company and provide a tracking code.

International Shipping

RodopiCamper.com dispatches internationally with additional delivery cost to sale price. Total amount can vary depending on selected courier company  and  delivery country.

Before we accept your order, international shipping charge will be sent for your confirmation. If you confirm the total amount  including delivery charges, your oder will be accepted.

Please note: On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your Customs Office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
